Elevated Estate

This project involved a full renovation of an existing bungalow. The exterior was modernized with new stone cladding, a redesigned front entrance, updated windows and roof, and a kitchen/dining room bump-out to increase living space and natural light.

The main floor was completely reconfigured to include a new kitchen, dining area, great room, bedroom, and bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings were introduced, along with the addition of a powder room, creating a more open and functional layout.

The basement was fully finished and features a family room with a custom bar and integrated lighting, two additional bedrooms, a main bathroom with a steam shower, a laundry room, and a specialized office with a concealed panic room.
